1. Agreement
By accessing or using FastBN, you agree to these Terms. If you use FastBN on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Services
We provide tools for performance delivery (e.g., font hosting, scripts, APIs). We may update or change features at any time.

3. Accounts & Acceptable Use
You’re responsible for your account and content. Don’t misuse the service, including: illegal activity, infringing content, scraping that harms service stability, attempting to bypass limits, or interfering with security.

4. Plans, Billing & Refunds
Paid features may have usage limits. Fees are billed per the plan you select. Except where required by law, charges are non-refundable, but contact billing@bestrev.site if you believe there’s an error.

5. Intellectual Property
FastBN owns the platform, brand, and documentation. You retain rights to your content. You grant us the limited right to process your content to provide the service.

6. Third-Party Services
Integrations and libraries may be provided by third parties and are subject to their terms. We’re not responsible for third-party services.

7. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastBN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.

10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms; updates take effect when posted. If changes are material, we’ll notify you when feasible.

11. Governing Law
Unless otherwise required, these Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction or, if you specify, Morocco. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction.
